Leslie moved on from being an office manager at a real estate office and began working as a real estate secretary for a large law firm. Not being satisfied with how much she knew for the position, she enrolled in Osgood Hall's Institution of Law Clerks of Ontario where she went through was is essentially the bar administration courses. This resulted in an increase of knowledge and understanding in her professional abilities, and where she fell in love with the industry of real estate.
